Shipping

Free shipping on orders over ₹10,000; a flat ₹1,000 applies below that. Standard delivery is 7 working days for small items and 7–10 working days for large appliances, via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart and Safexpress.

Returns

We do not accept return requests. For any product concern, email elektrokraftjsr@gmail.com within a reasonable period and our team will assist you, including manufacturer warranty support.

Refunds

Where an order is cancelled by us, a full refund is processed within 3–5 working days to your original Razorpay payment method.
