Shipping

Free shipping across India on all orders. Standard delivery is 7 working days for small items and 7–10 working days for large appliances, via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart and Safexpress.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are fully covered under our return policy. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing orders@elektrokraft.in with your order details and photos/videos of the product's condition. We will inspect the details and arrange for a **free replacement** or **full refund** (processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method). There are no restocking fees and no return shipping fees for approved returns of damaged or defective items.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchange requests for change-of-mind or non-defective items once delivery is successfully completed.

Refunds

Where an order is cancelled by us, a full refund is processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
