Small items

Cancellation of Goods
- If for some reason the product(s) you ordered is not in stock with us, we may cancel the order and issue you a full refund.
- The timeline of the refund will be 3-5 working days from the date of processing the cancellation.

However, do wait until 7-10 days since order placement. Though we try to deliver as fast as possible, delays are inevitable.
You can place your order on holidays. However, if order is already in transit, it may not reach you on a public holiday or there might be delays because of it.
We are delivering on all major postcodes which are serviced by major delivery partners like DTDC, Delhivery, BluDart etc.
However, we are not delivering yet to North-East and remote areas yet. You will know before placing an order, whether we are delivering to your pincode.
No, you can get it collected through your friend/family. Though, it is better if you can collect it.
