We ship via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart Express and Safexpress, and also offer in-store pickup at any of our Jamshedpur showrooms.

Small Items — Standard Delivery

• Get it in around 7 working days.
• Free shipping across India on all orders.
• Covers most products except major appliances and screens over 32".

Large Items — Standard Delivery

• Get it in 7–10 working days.
• Free shipping across India on all orders.
• Covers major appliances and large screens.

Coverage

We currently deliver to selected serviceable pincodes, which we are expanding over time. Please check your pincode using the delivery checker on any product page before ordering to confirm availability.

Returns

We do not accept return requests. If you need assistance with a product, please contact us at elektrokraftjsr@gmail.com and our team will help.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders that cannot be fulfilled (e.g. out of stock) are cancelled with a full refund processed within 3–5 working days from the date the cancellation is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Other Notes

• Signature is not mandatory; an authorised representative may collect the order.
• Deliveries around public holidays may experience slight delays.
• Tracking information is shared via email/phone once dispatched.
